I recently worked with Vernon to find a new lease opportunity when I outgrew my previous apartment. If I had to choose a single word to describe the experience, it would be: extraordinary. Seriously, he managed to make the somewhat unpleasant process of finding a new lease in a hot housing market as painless and enjoyable as I could have ever hoped for.
Vernon quickly set me up in an online portal to allow me to peruse listings whenever I wanted and took the time to check my portal to see which houses I had selected and then made appointments to go see them without any extra effort on my part: I literally just had to show up and get in his car and off we went!

He was personable and professional throughout the entire experience and paid attention to the small details that I expressed interest in when visiting a home and then continued to tailor the viewings to the things he saw mattered to me-it seems like every house we went to go more and more dialed in on what I liked until it reached the point where I just had to decide among a small group of 'perfect' houses.
Vernon was always easy to contact if I had any questions or needed clarification about something. I can't remember a time I waited more than 12 hours for a reply, and it was usually more like 1-2 hours max unless I emailed him in the middle of the night. After some experiences with other realtors not ever returning calls in the first place, it was a breath of fresh air to find someone that actually seemed to care about my needs and was consistently responsive.
In short, I won't hesitate to use Vernon's services again when/if I find the time is right to make another move and I definitely will be recommending him to everyone I know that is looking.
